A Tired Guy’s Mission: To Help You Sleep Better

Hi, I’m Todd, and this is my sleep story. It’s the messy, sometimes hilarious tale of one guy’s sleep journey. A guy who just wants to crash for eight solid hours and wake up feeling human. If you’ve ever Googled “why am I still awake at 2 a.m.” while your phone lights up the ceiling, welcome to the club.

Why My Sleepless Nights Became Your Sleep Resource

For as long as I can remember, sleep has felt like a puzzle with one maddening, missing piece. Some nights it’s snoring, others it’s allergies, occasionally it might be sleep apnea. Yes, I have a sleep study on the calendar. Toss in stretches of insomnia and a brain that refuses to hit the brakes, and you have my personal sleep journey in a nutshell.

The thing is, poor sleep isn’t just a medical issue, it’s a life issue. It tangles itself in habits, thoughts, relationships, phones, pets, and, of course, mattresses and pillows. My own sleep struggle finally pushed me to build Sleep Better News, a place where tired people can find answers, tested tools, and the occasional joke to help keep things sane.
